Only Received Letter of Claim (but I didnt noticed that until now) and Claim Form

You say you received no prior letters and yet in your opening post, and indeed your thread title, you tell us that you did in fact receive a Letter of Claim.soshelp said:Thanks for the quick response @KeithP. I have drafted and ready to send. Another question - my defense is that I received no prior letters until the claim form. is it worth asking for all the evidences (e.g. photos, details) of the POC?
Subsequent posts on this thread show that the reason you saw nothing else was because you had failed to keep the address on your vehicle's Registration Document up to date.
I don't see how you can use " I received no prior letters until the claim form" as a Defence as the reason for that was entirely of your own making.
Looking back over your thread I cannot see where you have told us what the parking company are accusing you of doing wrong. It is that allegation that you need to defend yourself against.
Do the Particulars of Claim on your Claim Form tell you what that accusation is? If not, then that in itself might be useful as part of your Defence.1 -
That's not a defence against a parking charge.soshelp said:Thanks for the quick response @KeithP. I have drafted and ready to send. Another question - my defense is that I received no prior letters until the claim form. is it worth asking for all the evidences (e.g. photos, details) of the POC?
You've been on this forum a few weeks, so no doubt you've thread the threads about adding the new HHJ Murch judgment as an image?
e.g. as seen in the thread by @manooo
And you said it's UKPC, so is this a DCBLegal filed claim? If so, you'll know from reading other DCBLegal threads what will happen in the end.
Really easy to win and see off. No hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have submitted my defence to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk online late Sep and received an auto reply. It simply says if I expect a response, they will email me in 10 weeks time. Am I till expected to attend any court hearing or will they contact me if a court hearing is needed?0

Keep following the guidance in that checklist that gave you the address to send your Defence.soshelp said:I have submitted my defence to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk online late Sep and received an auto reply. Hi I received Without Prejudice Save as to Costs letter from dcbLegal. It said client is prepared to make an offer to close the case. And gave a number to call. Should I consider doing that?0

Why would you want to listen to their offer?soshelp said:Hi I received Without Prejudice Save as to Costs letter from dcbLegal. It said client is prepared to make an offer to close the case. And gave a number to call. Should I consider doing that?
Surely you are intent on paying nothing.2 -
