RyanAir EU261 Flight Cancellation Expense Claim

Hi all

We were caught up in the ATC issues on Monday and the rerouted flight was Friday so I have quite a few expenses to claim. When I go on to the online portal it seems to want me to complete a claim for every receipt. Is this correct or is the website broken at the moment? I can see why each receipt gets uploaded individually but surely not one claim for each receipt. I have nearly 50 receipts :(

If someone who has recently submitted a claim can let me know their experience, that would be great thank you

Matt

Sorry can't help. Same situation here, I've got £950 to claim back as they abandoned us for a week in Spain, I can get to the part where I select which flight was cancelled and then I select a Family Booking for all 4 of us at which point it tells me my booking details were invalid. Can't seem to get RA CS to understand the problem even with a screen recording video and screenshots of every screen. Very frustrating!
  • I have ended up submitting a claim every receipt. It has taken 2 days. I noticed that I couldn’t validate the claim on one laptop but then used the same details on another and it worked. All
