Morning all.  Love this thread, so supportive.

Today I have done work shift, walked Poppet, done dailies except recycling which DH can do today, and I have weeded the patio.

Valli - what is a 'danced bin bag'? I assume it's a typo or a predictive text error? But (a) I can't work out what it could be and (b) my brain likes the idea of dancing through the list - but not while it's twot!

Well I've done the bin bag dance and filled it - it just hadn't made it out of the house at that point!

The first broad beans plant has popped it's head up out of the soil, maybe I need to warn it about the mice! Moving stuff in the barn with OH, he put his foot straight through the floor in the hayloft! Luckily the other foot didn't follow it, so he didn't fall through, this time! The last time he fell was through a barn roof. Broke his shoulder and lost a tooth! 

Three bathrooms cleaned.
DW loaded and washed, needs unloading and refilling now.
Chickens fed. 
Sheep counted and spoken to, they never reply!
Barn sorted a bit! More scrap on the scrap pile.
Pork chips in slow cooker for tea.
Stairs, and rug in front room, hoovered. I need a new hoover, had this one since just after we got married. 44 years!I
Watched DD3's latest YouTube video. She's trying to earn enough to not have to go back to her retail job, which she hated!

Piggers, what is it needs signing to learn to drive? I'm confused. Could the GP sign it, or a teacher from school? 


Round, glad you're having a chilled day. ASB's address? The old, damp house, High up, Between the chickens and sheep. Sorry don't have a postcode for that, but that should get you there.

ASB, when you manage to get the render/pointing done, you might want to look at internal insulation. I've started putting up thermal wallpaper on the external walls. (Ours are two feet thick, stone, and been standing for at least a couple of hundred years.) The stuff I'm using is called "Wallrock" It makes a bit difference, just very expensive. Hence why it's a work in progress.

OH loaded the DW and made cuppas...

I have made a start on the christmas list.. I have loads of bits.. smellies and clothing and nick-nacks but need to look at bigger gifts.. the girls need new xbox controllers.. 1 has gone missing and 2 are simply worn out.. and they are getting a computer for school work because I have 4 needing to work on it and they are not using mine.. So theat will be 4 more than sorted.. it is Dots birthday next week too so I need to sort her stuff. The bigger ones I have absolutely no idea.. I am considering a carpet voucher for DD1. DD2 is done and the grandbeasts are started on.. my sisters are done.. I have a lamp for one and cushions for another.

just the Id stuff.. you know the photo signing.. School have told the teachers they are not allowed because they would be inundated with request.. and Doctors charge and it is only at their discretion so only 1 will do it and he is long term sick with cancer treatment. I just don't have any friends lol

right.. I'm going in for a 15 minute dash..  12:45 (I need the loo before I start) to 1pm.. then I need food before I eat more junk..

2 shots on the inhaler..  wiped the toothpaste off the wall in the loo, 1 full binbag.. 1 load of laundry, a box of toys/child bits to go upstairs, 1 suitcase of clean clothes to go up.. collection of 2 Vinted items sorted.. (£52 tyvm)

I can now at least SEE some floor but I can't breathe to vacuum it.. I need to open the window too..

right.. cuppa, food and inhaler.. then I will do another 15 mins.. mad how much difference even 15 minutes makes.. My hips and back are so painful.

Damn and drat. I just lost my post.

In a nutshell:
Round 1 completed. Washing pegged out. P&S came to clear my front garden and stayed for coffee. Text from work asking me to ring on Monday to say if I'm going to work on Tuesday even though Monday is my non work day- to comply with Trust's policies and procedures. Will do. Valli 🤦‍♀️ I should have worked that out for myself. Not firing on all cylinders. 

And I must eat something....not a sentence I type very often 🤭

Hairdresser's appointment was at 5. Called into PO (opposite) first and paid rent. Then washed, cut and blown dry. Did discuss having a number 3 or 4 but opted for my usual short back and sides.

Home, and straight into the shower to remove all the hair sticking to my neck and arms. Nightie on and binge watching NCIS.
