I have a small business and everything is posted 2nd Class large letter. This increase (the second 35% increase on large letters in 2 years!) is going to cripple many small businesses. It is either going to mean a price increase on orders, which will probably result in a loss of custom or a loss on each order which most small businesses, including mine can't afford to do. Does anyone know how a complaint can be made regarding these extortionate increases other than complaining to Royal Mail which will have zero effect?
