  • hello hello,

I`m back. Setting everything up after the move took so much longer than I thought and the internet just got pushed further and further down the list.
Day 21; Today I had to spend, sadly my OH`s grandmother passed away last week and tomorrow is the funeral. So we have spent £7 on a beautifull bunch of flowers to lay on the grave tomorrow. Other than that though today we didn`t spend anything else. Today was tips day at work as well and I had £15.70p, a few newspapers, a few magazines and an unopened and unused shower gel (still factory sealed). Not so bad.
We`re now all set up in our new home and seem to be free of the sea of boxes that we were drowning in. Its amazing we own very little stuff compared to most people I know and yet put it in a box and it seems to grow!!! lol.
So other than work and buying flowers I have been tidying up in the flat, all those lovely jobs like putting the bins out and cleaning the loo lol, reading my papers and magazines, sorting out my house hold manual and cursing the fact that all the friends dvd`s are in the wrong boxes and I can`t find my fave episode.

Hope you are all doing okay

    kind regards

  • hello,

not much to report, yesterday was all about the funeral so that was a nsd, and we were given loads of snacky bits from the buffet at the end to take home.so dinner tonight is sorted out.
went to work today till 12 so i`ve been doing surveys and slice the pie this afternoon. all in all i`m doing okay.
allthough i have spent 60p on some loo roll because we ran out and the face tissues we have just block the loo so i hunted the shops and found some reduced to 60p for 11 rolls because one roll was missing from the pack. whoo hooo
