If you refer back to the NEWBIE sticky you will find the process for evidence submission at the witness statement stage and you and the claimant will have the same deadlines for filing and serving with the court (when it is allocated) and to each other.1

You need to stop trying to overthink this. The odds of you getting to a hearing in front of a judge are almost zero. Just follow the advice and having used the robust template defence, they will discontinue before any hearing.boffintosh said:
