On holiday when a letter arrived

Hello.
I have just returned today (24th August) from a holiday and during the absence I recieved a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track with the N180 form attached,
the letter is dated on the 1st august and the N180 was request to be completed by the 18th August 2023.
The marking on the envelope shows a marker date that the letter was posted in my letter box on the 9th August and i left to go on holiday on the 7th august.
Please can someone advise how to proceed in this situation.
Many Thanks.

Is this the continuation of a saga described in one of your other threads?
If so, then please continue the story there.
Anyway, why not complete the DQ and return it as described in that checklist you have been following?
So it's late... nothing you can do about that.1 -
Several threads in last couple of days (don't stay exclusively on your own thread and you learn so much more) about CCBC sending out DQs with a deadline that expires before they've sent it (well almost!)1

Ready to post??
The internet still works, Bank Holiday or not.
But that checklist you were following on your other thread when you filed a Defence included...Please tell us more about this new parking incident.
E.g. which parking company?1 -
No-one posts stuff to the black hole CCBC!
You email a DQ to the two recipients you are required to send it to, exactly as explained in the 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.
The NEWBIES thread states how to answer the questions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

new parking incident from UKPC, pretty much twinned barring some facts with the other one, different case number means different posted thread here, as the questionnaire for this specific case has arrived first albeit while on holiday. The newbies thread says that the questionaire needs to be sent by the date specified in the letter, I couldnt do that, and all you said was send it off, if it's late, its late. which is about 25% helpful to me but not completely useless info.0 -

Do you feel you want to draw attention to it's lateness?
It really doesn't matter that it is a few days late.
This is one situation that when the CCBC realise they haven't received your completed DQ they'll write and give you another seven days to comply.
