Hearing fees paid, so bundle to party and court.

    Any advice / tips.

Further question: In my statement I wrote of other adjacent car park in same retail area has no strict rules (regarding the expectation as a reason as well as awful signs in the complainant place) has resulted in that other area having new signs errected with restricted rules and even signs giving notice of new rules!

This has been done after closing date of evidence submission......I am going to take photos to court as it shows they have changed the stance of the wider area, as a well as replacing their own poor signs and placing more.

Will I be able to show these new photos acknowledge it as proof of what I was saying in that other area? Or will they say I haven't submitted that evidence in time? I have evidence of their own new signs.

I rang the court and asked one if the phone staff who manages case enquiries. I haven't been notified any other way.

You can't rock up clutching new evidence of extra photos on the day. They'll be inadmissible.

You'll have to file and serve a brief Supplementary WS if you've already sent yours but wish to add a few more photos to make one update. Keep it brief. Don't want to annoy the Judge!

There was some point made from the claimant that there would be fee for more evidence submitted ....... Is that a thing ?

At the last minute I received a 3 without prejudice offers which lowered each time I said no thank you, it's zero or court.

No bundle turned up within the at least 7 days before hearing. I had mine ready........but received notice on that deadline that the claimant discontinued the claim due to cost involved in recovering.

Result.......but would have liked a judges view on things ! Still saved the bother any further.

Thanks for the forum and all the advice and help. A lot to take in but enjoy learning new things. Relief and thanks all, especially those that keep answering when I got in a panic, coupon-mad et al.
