I have read your last paragraph several times but cannot understand what you are trying to say; do you have a question?2

Thanks for pointing out. I've rewritten it, is it clearer? Any help appreciated.

CheersRe Signage - If the claimant continues to pursue your case you will have the opportunities to provide details of the signage later which include any obscure conditions. This will be in your witness statement, if you get invited to submit one by the court. Based on the evidence presented the judge will ultimately decide whether the contract (formed by the signage) was fair and sufficiently prominent. As per the earlier comment - you can find our what to expect in the first 12 steps covered in the "newbies" thread."seem very adamant they are going to proceed" they always do. Don't be put off by this.

@StreborThey (internal staff sol I think) seem very adamant they are going to proceed (direction n180 denying all argument (used paste all this below from defence template and my own words on signs,)
The above is what I cannot understand!

What I was trying to get across:
I think it is internal solicitor they are using. That they are adamant the are going to proceed.
Their direction denies not only my sign issue but all the points made in the "paste all below" in the defence thread. (Which includes stuff about gov campaigning as well as other points of law or whatever.

I cannot believe the poor response from the retailer. Tells me to contact the car park managing company despite them knowing what they are doing. They don't care their customers are being hoodwinked.1

About 2.5 months since local court has case.......judges direction and allocation........what kind of direction do they give? Do they all get listed or do they decide virtually signaling result?
Any statistics known on this for parking tickets?0 -
The NEWBIES thread tells you what happens when. Average time from claim to hearing is just under a year, in small claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Allocation.
90 minutes for a hearing ?! Seems a lot.
Witness document prep time.
Claimant to pay a court fee.
If settled before a consent order fee would have to be paid.
Also, if wishing to get order set aside, varied or stayed there's a n244 plus a fee, to be issued no later than 7 days from this order.
Any comment appreciated.0
