Text message from qdrs solicitor stage

Hi,
Received a text message about important letter to read from qdrs after zzps sent two letters.
I've read the newbies........too late for appeal stage I believe.
I haven't clicked on message to read nor the link....as don't know if it is relating to this or spam/contains a virus. They could have written?
Case: In Wales, Insensed that got booked in low cost retail shop car park for being over a white line in bay in almost empty car park whilst popped in for quick shop.
Can't afford to pay a fine on what is an inflationary economy........I won't eat.....that's why I'm shopping at a cheap shop!
I didn't know white line was a thing, especially when car park is virtually empty......... I would understand if I'd done it in a crowded carpark, as that would actually be a selfish act and hindrance !!!
The signs only display large enough text to read text for the UKPC and sub heading 3 hours limit. They are mounted about 3ft above head height, so can't read any lower sized text. They do not cover all bays; minimum down the centre and not on ends where anyone parking would not see them.
The bay I was in didn't have any notice on that side and because I had no need to turn back, just walk left into the shop, there where no signs visible. There are no pay and display notices and no charges in the car park so one would not be seeking info about parking by a payment machine.
The carpark serves 3 retail and gym on this area. There is another large area serving another 7 retailers....it then turns to Asda car park which has no such restriction, just a limited time.....which is what I am used to.
Also Aldi across the road beyond Asda carpark does not have such restrictions, only the time limit one. So thumbs up to those retailers that don't want to screw customers here at least.
I returned to the carpark to find only one sign on a wall low enough that one could read contents is by the first shop.........which one drives past while observing the road.....not attempting to read small print on a sign!
The particular shop I went to (nor any of the ones after the first) show any low level signs or warnings of their own.
The sign is UKPC.
I did ask inside the shop re complainants get ticket cancelled, but the manager said it's not their responsibility and he gets at least two people every other day coming in about such parking fines. The first I knew was a NTK through the post with dodgy squished black and white print. The only route to complain to the retailer is via email. I am thinking of doing that now it appears to have escalated and the harassment is continuing. Is this wise now? I feel like pressure from them is possibly the only way to avoid it escalating further.
I have ignored and not replied thus far, nor got around to a complaint to the retailer about the harassment.
Stress isn't the word, I have a lot going on at the moment. Any help/word is appreciated.

Hmm, not sure that would help??!....
Amendment. The warning letters are from GCTT ......."warning before this case transferred", then "notice to transfer to solicitors" both on months of July. Text was last week.
On the reverse, lots of advice about helplines re debt and mental health.......hmm, perhaps not be penalised for shopping might improve mental health?!0 -

You already know to ignore and laugh at useless anti-consumer greedy money-grabbers ZZPS and GCTT (same firm) because the NEWBIES FAQS thread 4th post covers this 'ignore' stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You need to know a few facts
UKPC signs are total rubbish, normally you would need a step ladder and binoculars to read them.
ZZPS is known as the great OSNER scam and all they are good at is collecting junk from the sewers where they live
QDR are an offshoot of the disgraced Wright Hassall Solicitors and that story can be told if you wish but it's not important to your case
ZZPS are kissing cousins of QDR and it's via ZZPS they have your details.
No doubt UKPC KNOW that YOUR DATA has been passed to QDR which they will be happy with because they get free debt collection and are basically using QDR as a public convenience
We have already seen this and it's a scam
What fools are QDR sending attachments by text, it could be loaded with viruses ?
QDR want to scare you, it is low life tactics
NOBODY SHOULD OPEN A TEXT FROM QDR
If it was genuine they would send you a letter
Onwards, UKPC are not going to use QDR as a legal, their favourite legal is DCBL WHO HAVE CHICKENED out so far on 172 cases mainly UKPC rubbish

IGNORE QDR, let's see what jobsworth contacts you next2 -
I received parking fine notice to keeper from UKPC, final reminder from them weeks later with increase in fine.
I thought I'd had zzps, but at mo I can only find the two notice to transfer from cctt.
Strikes me they got two of those c and t's wrong?!
I had read the newbies, but it's the text only message that has got me concerned as I've had no letter from them just the warning to transfer in mail from cctt.
I'm thinking of writing to the MD of the retailer letting them know what going on and what the manager said about the frequency. Is that a reasonable thing to do re the ignore?
In seriousness, how can I ignore at the same time and write to them asking for it in Welsh?0 -

There was no windscreen PCN, just got two letter from UKPC0

Why on earth you even taking this seriously2
-
UKPC now written.....their headed paper, this text is the content (minus any data ref numbers)
Your experienced comments on such a letter, and where this leaves me re......continued no contact or why am I worried about this?
Primary objection to this claim is how could I have a contract when
1. I could not read the signs (way up high and I'd need binoculars to read small print) plus
2. there was no eye level sign on the actual shop (and only one that is driven past at the first shop, which I didn't attend. Further
3. the bay I was in had no sign facing my line of bays as it was an end bay, and I didn't have to turn around to attend the shop (they saved money by having signs only on central poles (up high) that exist only inbetween bays and not on the end bays......of course that means customers parking at the end bays and going to the end shops don't see signs.
