Generally only happens at start of a month when there's a price change.Guess the system gets clogged and a backlog builds up when x million customers all send meter readings on the same day.A few years ago there was a warning on the website asking people to delay uploading for a day or two saying readings could be backdated to the 1st.0

What's the problem ?
Does it matter whether you get the bill on the 2nd or the 5th ?
You should know Jan Mar Jul and Oct rates Changs so there are more users sending in readings
