Cannot see much difference to the DCBL normal claim

Noramlly they claim DAMAGES for the fake add-on of £70
Now they say it's a CONTRACTUAL charge
TWO DIFFERENT WORDS FOR TWO DIFFERENT THINGS ... What the F ...

And no mention about the Starbucks McDonalds .car park scam, one big car park  split into two to extort money ???   NOT EVEN AN EXPLANATION ?

No wonder the court wants to know what is going on.

Interesting that the amended particulars do not make any sense. " .............you must pay from your vehicle enters the car park"

Thanks for the clarity DCB. Have you anyone there who can actually string a meaningful sentence together ???

Just to (hopefully) draw a line under this, court order received throwing out the claim as the amended POC are not capable of demonstrating a contract between the claimant and driver plus a bunch of other criticisms. They allowed 7 days for parties to apply to have this order set aside, and as far as I can see no application has been submitted so looks like it is all over. Thank you so much to all who helped!

Please show us that Order with your name redacted.

Claim number, Court, Judge & date of Order can be shown (as the case is over, this is perfectly OK) and will help others who will be able to cite it and refer to you as Mr or Ms X.

I have added a screenshot of the paragraphs referred to in that Order and I wonder if @Le_Kirk can add these two together at the bottom of the 'judgment's' link.

It's great because this means that PDF has:

- one persuasive appeal judgment;
- several orders striking claims out early;
- one case struck out after a hearing;
- your case struck out after detailed POC;

all for the same reason and from various different courts in England.
