Yes, that is the NEWBIE sticky (and hopefully you have been using that throughout your journey here) but you need to scroll up towards the second post to find: -WITNESS STATEMENT - EASY STAGE - YOUR 'STORY' & EVIDENCE
This is a simple stage.
It's your story & evidence.
Take a look at the recent Witness Statements by: -

I am in process of compiling, and would like to ask should I point out only the page which is related to parking in my AST or I should exhibit whole AST in my witness statement ? since I am heavily leaning on my primacy of contract first.
Also question about the previous examples of witness statements, I am using same paragraphs since they are related to the case like for example in Particulars of claim what BW legal claiming however there is not outlined what terms or what particular contractual breaches where breached.
Thank youuu

The whole AST as a URL link would be useful to the Judge but only exhibit a relevant page.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello,
I have drafted Witness Statement from what I could see on previous ones as mentioned.
Please let me know what are your thoughts.
Although initially the Country wide parking management never asked more than £100 is paragraph regarding core debt relevant? page 4...
Let me know what you think, most has been borrowed, to make relevancy I believe????

@Coupon-mad
@Le_Kirk
@Castle
Your opinion is highly valued, I have to submit this soon, rather than later. Also I though is it worth adding time spent on this based on my overtime what i get paid at work, or should I just leave it?
What are the chances of success actually what would you say guys ?
Thank you.0 -
If the WS that you have shown us, supports your defence as filed, then it should be OK, don't write anything that is not true nor raised in your defence. You are only likely to get £95 in costs, which is time off to attend the hearing plus travel costs - unless you are claiming the claimant has acted unreasonably and that is a high bar to cross.

Yes in my defence I have paragraphs regarding:
1) the AST no memos regarding parking scheme
2)the alleged breach, which is not pleaded in the POC and thus requires further and better particulars
THere is a paragraph regarding some firms inflating recovery costs above £100, but that was added only by the BW legal not the country wide parking management, thus should I remove para "Exaggerated Claim and 'market failure' currently examined by the Government " or should I leave it because it relates to BW legal added costs ?
