Delurking to say, I think it is this diary where you were talking about eating 30 plants a week.
I've just seen a talk on Eventbrite about "Diverse diets – growing and eating 30 plants a week" which made me recall the discussion. I hadn't heard of it before here so I think I'll sign up as it's only a couple ££ for a half hour talk7 -

I hope you get to try some barabrith 😋 And thanks for the reminder, I must bottle my rhubarb vodka.
They're not my favourite MV 😆 But, in the interests of my gut biome...
Sadly Bara Brith was not on the menu but there were some delicious biscuits and strawberries on offer 🍓

Hi there CC 👋
yes, it was me talking about 30 plants a week. The event sounds interesting - I don't have any trouble eating 30 plants a week but I doubt I'd be able to grow 30 😆 I'll have to count up what I usually grow and see how close I get 🧮

As requested - photos of my twisty sleeve top. I've already got the fabric to make another one... but that will have to wait until I finish the dress I've just started 😆🧵

That's beautiful Fortune - you are so talented!
If you grow mixed salad leaves, you'll be closer than you might think to 30 plants a week. That was a key takeaway for me from a podcast with Tim Spector - eat 'mixed' things - mixed seeds, mixed veg, mixed leaves - and you'll get there quickly!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Down to Business
I spent all day yesterday and this morning getting on top of the business admin. Always lots to do on the 1st of the month. Some invoices have been paid and we have enough to meet the bills and take a salary 🥳. It feels good to have some money coming in again.
My diary is pretty full of social things this week with various meetings and events. I've turned down an invite to drinks on Friday as I'd really like an evening at home. It's nice to be busy but one can have too much of a good thing 😉
We had Chickpea Paneer Frittata with salad for supper yesterday, Smoked Haddock & Prawn Pillau for lunch today and I think we'll be having Herby Broccoli & Pea Soup with sourdough tonight.
In amongst all this I'm trying to keep on top of the housework. Still feel as though I'm on catch up 🧹 The worst rooms have been tackled at least.
Must go. I'm off to a book launch this evening and there's plenty of vacuuming and dusting to be done before I go!
