Calor - what is going on? (Online account system unavailable for 3 months now)

We have bulk LPG supplied by Calor. We got a letter in May to say Calor Account Online (where we see our bills, next delivery date, etc) would be offline for a couple of weeks for a system upgrade. It's still offline!
They just keep saying "It's taking longer than we'd hoped." I've worked on big IT projects and if one had gone that catastrophically wrong we'd have rolled back to the previous system. What on earth is going on there?
Really frustrating that there's no Ombudsman covering LPG, so no-one we can complain to about the lack of access to bills etc.
I'm also still seeing a lot of complaints on social media about non-delivery and people being left without gas. Normally this only really happens in the Dec-Mar peak period, but it's the middle of summer and still going on.
I had an argument with Calor a month or so ago because the gauge on our tank was stuck at 35% for a LONG time. They insist it's working correctly and wouldn't come out to check it. So we're now waiting to see whether Calor are right, or whether our gas suddenly runs out one day.
We've not had a fill since May 2022 and we'd consistently had them every 9-10 months before that.
Just feeling a bit anxious about our supply security, and having no luck switching supplier. Flogas weren't happy with our tank siting and another local supplier I found is only taking on new customers who use over 3000 litres a year (we're well under that).
Any other recommendations? (Cumbria area)

If I try to log on now all browsers I have say site is not secure and will not let me progress. I inherited Calor from previous owner but will try and switch to another supplier when we need a refill.0

I suggest contacting suppliers now rather than when you need gas.
I see Calor have an entire page dedicated to their IT issues

We're in contract with Calor till November, so could move after that. However... Flogas refused us due to our tank siting (despite the house and tank only being 4 years old and Calor being happy with it) and smaller local suppliers I tried aren't taking on new customers.0
