    It’s good to take time out when you not feeling well. I think at times we forget this and keep going. Hope you managed to rest up and caught up with some of your reading.

    Sorry you are still in pain. Mine went from low to high for a few days but has gone back down to very low. I'm very grateful and hope it lasts. Also hope you turn a corner soon too

    Let's hope for further improvements tomorrow. My hands are sore atm (arthritis) for no reason that I can think of. Bodies, eh? Who'd have 'em? X

    Thames quote for build is slightly lower than predicted so have been rejigging sums but unfortunately the completion fee and other unexpected costs have skewiffed our total so we need £3332.45 and will have to pay the interest monthly rather than chipping away at the capital
