Thanks!!
my paragraphs #2 & #3 go something like this
2. It is admitted that on the material date the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but truthfully denies being the driver.
The Defendant does recall receiving a PCN through the post over 4 years ago but then moved house shortly afterwards, updating the V5C accordingly. The Defendant does not recall receiving any further correspondence from the claimant in this matter.
It was only recently that the Defendant received a County Court claim form from the claimant’s solicitors (DCB Legal) which came as a huge shock, not only with the threat of civil proceedings but also the huge amount being claimed.
I could also go on to state that the Defendant made a subject access request to UKPC & the findings or should I just use that in the WS?
3. The driver entered the car park as a customer of the large retail park and did not see any prohibitive signage. The driver was not aware of any time restrictions associated with customer parking. The driver did not leave the site but stayed on site shopping as a customer of the retail park.

I don't think you need the "truthfully" bit in there as you are already signing a Statement of Truth anyway.Thebeach said:

That emphasis may come across a bit like "The lady doth protest too much", methinks.4 -
