Update.
I did something that was not advised and paid the amount claimed to Gladstones on the last day available to ensure I wouldn't have the CCJ permanently on my record. (I panicked! Please be kind)
I then received an email yesterday from the CNBC advising the judgment has been set aside and my defence put in for Gladstones to answer. Also they have offered me an ex gratia to compensate me for paying the claim as I would not have needed to had they filed the defence when I sent it.
They believe that Gladstones will not continue with the claim against me as on their end it's settled. However, I am continuing with it and now have the DQ to fill out and send back.1 -

I agree that Gs will discontinue and walk away.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
