No harm in forwarding the email again on Monday morning and pushing them to put the case before a Judge to deal with their error and complaint urgently.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have forwarded the email again today asking for this to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. I have also received a letter from gladstones asking me to pay the sum 'owed' and explaining what will happen if I don't.
Is it worth emailing them explaining I am in the process of making a complaint against the court?
Thank you.0 -
Gladstones can be ignored at this time2

I've finally received a reply from HM Courts and Tribunals service asking me to forward the original defence email to replies@optic.justice.gov.uk and they will put the matter in front of a district judge for directions. I also got the response that they couldn't open the files similar to what @jag_run experienced.
Feeling very relieved that I'm getting somewhere now!
Thanks everyone for the continued support.1
