Please log onto the MCOL portal and post up the transaction history
There is quite a few issues with the CCBC not processing N180s and issuing default judgements
once you have posted up the transactional history then you can be given the correct advice
everything should be done via email2 -
UncleThomasCobley said:It sounds like another !!!!!!-up by the CNBC. You must explain to them that you never received anything after the defence was filed. You must tell them that you have proof of filing the defence, including their auto-response to the email filing. You must initiate a formal complaint to the CNBC.
Hopefully they will admit their error and initiate a set-aside without you having to go through the whole process. Do not hang up unless you get no response by 5pm. Try again tomorrow asap if you can't get through today.0 -

Easy to sort out and get compensation too if you complain.
Just read the thread by @jag_run - I think it was that poster who got £150 compensation. As well as the defence reinstated of course.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have posted the screen grabs of the MCOL website and email receipts of my defence email.
I have sent two emails to CCBC about this and am awaiting a response.
I have just been notified that the CCJ has been added to my credit file now, which has impacted my credit score too!
I have also read the thread posted by @jag_run and think I've done what that poster has done.
Any other advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated!
With thanks.0
