No, it only lets me see statements up until 2019. For later statements I have to go on the proper website.

2015 Barclays 
2020 Barclaycard 

that’s why I want paper copies of my Barclaycard statements 

Don’t know why it’s soo hard for them to send statements to me!

I always like to have paper copies will never go fully digital unless pushed!

I have exactly the same problem with statements not being on the app.  Barclaycard say they know there is a problem, but can't say when it will be fixed (if ever).  The only option I have is to log on to the website and download them from there.

I am curious what you intend to do with the data once you have it? Analyse your spend over a long period or how much you spent on specific transactions?

Well FYI I am Autistic (Very mild) & I like to have paper statements! & wanna spend an odd afternoon seeing what I have spent over the years specifically how much I spent on video games etc & other stuff as well! find it a lot easier with paper statements! 

But can’t see why it’s soo hard for Barclaycard to print & send me statements (official copy statements not ones from head office)

The last agent I spoke to on phone 26/07/34 said last order was lost & did special request to back office not on the ordering system! promised me my statements would arrive within 7-10 days after request was printed etc so should be here 3rd-7th august

but when messaged on app chat Service on Saturday to order years 2017-21 to see if 2022 was issue year agent processed order & told me it will sent 1st class according to system & promised me I will have them by 2nd august not looking likely!

I like to problem solve & this issue is bugging me & gonna keep trying till it sorted & I got what I wanted! I am like this with everything (one of my autistic traits)

if I do by some chance I do receive loads of extra copies I will just shred them till one lot left!

Update: I Have spoken to a very lovely Lady (Sunderland Fan) via Twitter & on the phone who raised a complaint for me about my statements! & put a note that I want copy statements etc..she was 10/10 helpful amazing service!

so yesterday I received some statements in the post (Shown in picture with info blacked out) from head office London l! Some pages were ripped, & the statements were a total mess not in order & no way I can organise them monthly lol my OCD went through the roof, so messaged back that lovely lady who added to the complaint about what happened with my statements that turned up! 

Will now wait for complaints team to get back to me & hopefully the next lot of statements to arrive will come from them there printing place in Leicester or some where where that will print copy statements in monthly order,

I have been sorting my paperwork out & have been shredding all the printouts of Barclaycard statements I received in August (not ordered anymore since then) which the first page of statement was behind covering letter then double sided till last page! 

I found that only a small amount received were actual statements I could sort! (So kept them)

Have just ordered the missing statements!

has anyone here actually managed to get Barclaycard to send out official Statements older than 2023 

or is it not possible at all!

You can download up to 7 years worth of statements online via the Barclaycard website account portal, why on earth would you want to have paper statements posted to you? What a waste of money, paper and not great for the environment.

I can only go back so far via the app! 

I just wanted to know if anyone got official Barclaycard statements! 

Not having a debate about paperless etc I always want paper statements nothing will change my mind
