Barclaycard statements

Another question!

Anyone else had issues with getting colour copy Barclaycard statements recently or them turning up 5-6 months later? 

Every time I request them (Since May) & the dates put on the Barclaycard system (which can be seen by the Barclays/Barclaycard agents with all the dates I requested & the all the orderers processed & gone through correctly) & told each time will arrive in 7-10 working days they fail/never turn up unless December 2022 or newer statements!

Been told a Barclays branch can print them at worst case in black & white!

had this same issue in 2021 where ordered them in March 2021 never arrived so ordered again in June 2021 as was told lost! & both lots arrived in November 21 9 months & 6 later… (don’t have these statements anymore)

so what are my options guys have moved to a flat & need them to see what I spent over the years! 

Any advice appreciated

Why don't you download the app and get them from there. I can see several years in the app

I do have the app but I want paper copies

Yess but only up to 2-3 years want older that’s  why I want paper copies

If you want to see your total balance on that card for the month then you can sign up for a trial a a CRA and it will give you your balance month by month.

Otherwise if you are 

- not happy with the amount of statements in the app
- not happy with going into a branch and wanting full colour instead of black and white
-not happy with the time it takes to get hard copies

You may be out of luck. Why do you want your historical spend, surely the past few years will suffice.

Well I would rather have colour copies but happy with black & white… 

Last agent I spoke to filled out a special forum requesting statements for all the dates I wanted to the back office who prints them & said if that lot don’t turn up within 7-10 working day so by 7th august to ring back & a branch will print all the ones I want & send to me or get my local branch to print them, 

I just want them paper copies

Why do you specifically want colour copies?

I find colour copies easier to ready but happy with black & white

Apart from the Logo what is in colour ?

Nothing but prefer colour copies! 

Not sure how hard it is for Barclaycard to send some statements out to me! 

Even if they are in black & white
