Barclaycard statements

Even if they are in black & white

You would have been sent the statements though so why did you not keep them?
Is it because you are looking for a particular transaction or you want to prove to someone that you paid them?

If so just ask them to look for those transactions.

I lost some statements when moved & want copy statements, not statements from head office! so I can see what I have spent over the years etc but when ever I order them over the phone or messaging service…

always get told 7-10 Working days or by said date. they always fail to turn up unless December 2022 or newer! Or annual ones from head office! So have to keep reordering on the advice of the agents when I ring up!

I Did try ordering 2021 & older today to see if it’s 2022 statements that’s the issue!

but have a feeling they never got printed/sent out from their printing place or a load of Statements (Paper) all my orders will turn up in 4-8 months time,

so dunno what to do! As don’t wanna have to keep messaging or ringing up to chase them! 

Worst case I will have to accept it that I will never my statements at all & give up ordering them,

but thought a big company like Barclaycard would offer this statement service to customers to customers

Unless you are requiring statements for a specific purpose such as proof of purchase, solicitor or something of a legal nature I really don’t see what the issue is. You can download statements (in colour) and print yourself from the app for a number of months. What you spent 3/4/5 years ago can’t be changed?

Go in to a branch and request copies if necessary.

I haven’t gone into branch yet but like I said I want paper copies! To see what I have spent etc 

How hard is it for Barclaycard to send them out! 

Other banks like halifax etc print their credit card statements & send them out & they arrive within 5-7 working days!

Have no clue on how to get them if they are failing to turn up lol 😂

My Barclaycard app hasn't been able to download statements for about a year now, and Barclaycard s IT department is unable to fix the issue

I can download statements back to 2018 in the Barclays App - can you access the statements there?

Can you access the statements in the Barclays App & Download them from there? Alternatively if you want to analyse your spending, could you use one of the open banking apps to do this like Emma?

I can only view back to 2020-2021 want earlier than that! (Barclays can view all statements available) & online can only view last 12 months!

I just want paper copies don’t see how hard it can be to get them printed & sent out (not ones from head office)

Barclays statements (when I requested them) arrived within 10 days 

Lloyds & Halifax Santander were the same! 

So why can’t Barclaycard do it!

I am getting to my whitts end with them fed up of
keep ringing or messaging to chase them up, 

I think that’s poor customer service & if they wait times for statements are 2-3 months+ they should make all staff aware & tell customers

You can always close your card if you don't like it

If I keep having statements issues I will close my credit card, but if my statements turn up! I will be happy & keep my Barclaycard
