Update: Just got off the phone to them. They did manage to find my payment, but wasn't credited to my account until the 24th Dec. Had to get them to remove one more Interest payment they added to the account.
They said the account was now £0.00 and that I can now destroy the card (not that I haven't already) and all is over. Should be getting one final zero balance statement in the post. :T
Hope that really is the end of it!

Hooray :T Final statement received today with zero balance. Glad to see the back of it.
Shows 12p "Cash Back Carried Forward" though. Now, how do I get that back :rolleyes:
