    Your new tree looks lovely. I love having Xmas decorations around the house, most of my neighbours have lights outside, it looks very pretty and makes me feel happy!

    Before you guys, shut up shop. I have trawled through all 29 pages of this thread, and found it very interesting. One question that I'd like to ask. When quoting incomes, are they net of tax or gross?
