    Mine have not arrived and i've just checked their site and they are closed from 21 December until 26 December...wandered why my emails were not being answered.

  • Yeah mine have not arrived either and I think I ordered quite early on. I paid £10 so will be asking for my money back. I won't be using again.

    Mine haven't been delivered to my 99 year old Great Aunt who lives 100 miles away.

    Wonder if they will arrive on Thurs?

  • Mine didnt arrive either ordered mine on the 19th and delivery was before christmas and nothing will be asking for a refund for sure they were for my mother in law last time i use them for definate now
  • I have contacted Valueflora and theyhave said a refund will be going into my account today?!?!? I think judging by some of these responses that is probably the best deal. How many other people have not recieved their flowers? Did anyone get one of the more expensive bunches?
  • One bunch arrived byt the second delivry never materialised :confused:

    will nee to set on to them for a refund.
