A case of you get what you pay for...
1 bouquet was ordered at £8.50, and was a lovely orchid spray and well worth it
Other was ordered at £5..and looked it
Lesson, if it looks to good to be true....etc
If it comes up again next yr, will order but not go for maximum discount, afterall the company needs to make money too0

I would have liked the thread to remain to be honest, to show off the tactics of these types of company..... the less suspicious things on here mean that people may order from them in the future with no warning!
I did post on there to be helpful to others and I was very careful on my wording. Also I thought that they (Valueflora) might prove people wrong and send good quality flowers as people on here were saying they were not worth the money (even at a fiver) if the post remained putting other MSE'rs off.
Really does look like a "lucky dip" affair some really pleased and others disgruntled, thats how they do it so cheap at a guess LOL
EDIT - Can a boardguide explain why removed please? If its suspicious due to poster/some responders may be connected to the company then there are other threads started on the forum by the same people. Im really not being funny, im just interested! :-)
This post was reported as spam. The person who posted the original thread has posted only 4 messages and 3 of them were telling people about valueflora.
To top that he has been thanked 130 times for them. You can draw your own conclusions there. click here. You can draw your own conclusions there. click here.
I notice that valueflora problems go back over an 18 month period. A search is interesting especially the earlier posts. Seems like every time that someone posts a question about flowers (in various forums) a link to one of valuefloras offers pops up.
I can speak from my own experience only and think they are a rip off, and I have the dead flowers to prove it only 36 hours after they were delivered.
If only 100 people respond to a message on here for a £10 bouquet, well.. You do the maths. Someone is making a lot of money from posts on this site. I shall be keeping an eye out for valueflora in the future. (The name itself appears to be a contradiction in terms)~ What goes around comes around ~0

Thought I would give "valueflora" one more go just to see if they had improved from the poor show in the years worth of flowers I bought (1 bunch a month for a year) where better value was had at the local supermarket and at least then the type of flower is chosen.
Well not sure its an improvement but the feedback i got from the recipient this time was better should be available from the filling station on boxing day!
Carnations (I know its lucky dip but did they have to select the cheapest flowers going (other than daffodils) and the only flower the recipient really does not like!)
Not value and I would suggest if you value the person you are sending them too choose somewhere else to send them from (if its different you want flowercards always go down well if not cheap.)I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

my mum was very pleased with her red carnations especially the free Reindeer that came with the flowers. I think these are a bargain for £10 delivered. No complaints from me. Thanks to op.:grouphug: :grouphug:0
