There was a HUGE thread about valueflora last year, most of us had so many problems with them that i've never used them again and wouldnt advise anyone else to use them either.

I had 3 or 4 bouquets either not turn up, turn up late, or turn up dead. Gave up with them in the end.

They are called value for a reason!

Hope your flowers turn up and that no more money is taken from your account.

I would have liked the thread to remain to be honest, to show off the tactics of these types of company..... the less suspicious things on here mean that people may order from them in the future with no warning!

I did post on there to be helpful to others and I was very careful on my wording. Also I thought that they (Valueflora) might prove people wrong and send good quality flowers as people on here were saying they were not worth the money (even at a fiver) if the post remained putting other MSE'rs off.

Really does look like a "lucky dip" affair some really pleased and others disgruntled, thats how they do it so cheap at a guess LOL

EDIT - Can a boardguide explain why removed please? If its suspicious due to poster/some responders may be connected to the company then there are other threads started on the forum by the same people. Im really not being funny, im just interested! :-)

i ordered mine just before they stopped taking orders for them and lots of people had put on that they had ordered them before me so not sure why i got a teddy if other people did not -am sure somewhere it said it was the first 100 people but i know i def wasnt in the 1st 100 -i was prob not even in the 1st 1000 lol xx xx

well i have not got a call from my nan yet saying she has got her flowers either but the money has gone from my paypal account.

I was just looking for that thread too(lucky dip flowers). It seems to have gone. I ordered mine on the 18th and postie has been today and still no flowers. I paid £10 and have a confirmation from Nochex and value flora. they'll be well dead by the time they arrive (if they arrive).

I asked yesterday if anyone had rcieved a bunch worth more than the carnations. Has anyone?

Anyone know where the thread has gone?


EDIT: Just Cheched my bank account and only one payment for £10 has come out. That was dated 21st December.

Could i just re-inforce what was said above. There was a huge thread last year about Valueflora. I had very bad experiences with them as did many others. My personal experience leads me to warn others well away.

I'll prob get shouted at for saying this, but i recommend bunches. They are great, really good value, superb special offers, fast delivery and according to my mum the free chocolates are better than Thorntons :j

My mum has just phoned to say hers have arrived. Going up by hers later so will post on here what they're like. Delivery was to be the 21st but they turned up first thing this morning (North of Scotland) so pleased with that. I'm sure they'll be worth the £5 I paid.

the ones I got out of the two I ordered werent bad, red carnations with some gold bits. They are still alive and nice looking,not bad for a fiver. Ill be pleased if the other bunch are the same and I actually get them!
