Thankfully just parking ticket and costs.Apparently having the term about BB is discriminatory, but enforcement makes it reasonable and necessary to have.0 -
Tough luck. When you say "costs", do you mean just the £35 court fee and fixed solicitor costs of £50. Did the judge reject the false "damages" of £60-£70?1

Did the judge reject the false "damages" of £60-£70?Silver lining, he was a human rights Dr- would’ve cost a small fortune, and we were there for 5 hours. Definitely cost more than my total costs.3

@Coupon-madYes, barrister knew the judge from a number of human rights/employment cases they had seen them at. 100% a Dr.Typical David and Goliath scenario.0

@Coupon-mad The judge said something at the end about not giving legal advice. But if I paid within 14 days or 21 days I could get the CCJ removed and gave a date of 1st of September, I thought it was 1 month after payment?0

Sorry to hear you weren't successful in defending the case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
