@patient_dream - Yes that's in there. They've breached POFA, Equalities Act 2010, CRA 2015 and various bits of the BPA COP. They're not going to have a leg to stand on.0

A word of caution: Hearings never go the way you think. Be prepared for a Judge who is against you from the start, which can happen.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would be bringing the matter of a WS served 3 days before the hearing as a procedural matter

@Grizebeck Yes, have written a table outlining statements that do not comply with CPR directions.
I would respectfully like to bring to the court's attention several points:
· The Supplementary Statement of Joel Little was submitted late, as was The Third Witness Statement of Joel Little; the cut-off for Witness Statements was 4 pm on the 2nd of August 2023. I received the Supplementary Statement on the 4th of August, 2023 and The Third Witness Statement on the 14th of August 2023. Therefore I wish the supplementary Statement and Third Witness Statements be struck out in its entirety.
.... Then a table of other points with sources etc.

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
