@Fruitcake @Coupon-mad @Umkomaas @B789 @UncleThomasCobley @Half_way I have received two emails today, that point to the resolution of my case. I received a reply from Bristol Airport Ltd in response to my email to their CEO. It reads:"We have checked our car park booking system and have confirmed to VCS that there was a booking place. The parking charge notice has therefore been cancelled and you should be advised of this by VCS shortly."I have also received a response from VCS to my MP (constituency office):"The signs at the airport on the red route clearly state, no stopping, dropping off ro picking up. The driver has stopped his vehicle to allow a passenger to exit, retrieve their bags from the boot of the vehicle and then head off towards the airport. The vehicle then drives off.
As they are in clear breach of the terms and conditions of the site the Charge Notice was issued correctly. We have however after liaising with our client agreed to cancel the Charge Notice on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill.
We have written to the keeper to confirm our decision. I hope this meets your constituents satisfaction but do urge to ensure they or any driver of their vehicle endeer to the Terms and Conditions should they need to visit the aiport again."I am yet to receive the letter from VCS themselves cancelling the PCN. However, I trust that it will come soon.Thank you all for your immense help with my case! I have folowed your advice, and, at the very least, contributed to the public consultation by DLUHC - hopefully, others can also follow my footsteps in defending themselves against predatory VCS.

@Castle You are right, and I have already informed my MP (constituency office) that there was a compelling evidence to prove that VCS were wrong. It is just so frustrating, but I am glad that this case is coming to an end - with the tremendous help of all the MSE forum members

Why Bristol airport put up with this rubbish which puts eggs on their faces is beyond belief0 -
Typical VCS. They just can't admit they were wrong.
Once you have confirmation from VCS that this charge has been cancelled, then start on your complaints to Bristol Airport Ltd and your MP's constituency office about your other PCN.
Point out yet again that the VCS's own photos show that the vehicle was stopped outside the no-stopping zone, and outside the area where they are contracted to operate. Refer to the charge that has just been cancelled and state you believe VCS are being vindictive by pursuing you yet again for this other unfair charge.
Also point out that VCS have lost in court on at least two previous occasions when they issued claims against motorists who also stopped outside the airport no-stopping zone and outside the area where VCS are contracted to operate, and on non-relevant land where byelaws apply meaning the keeper cannot be held liable.I married my cousin. VCS need to be taken to task as does Bristol Airport Ltd, a sub-contractor to the airport landowner who employed the unregulated parking company.
Please pass on all details of this unacceptable and unfair behaviour to the relevant group within the DLUHC who are in the process of determining the details of the forthcoming mandatory parking code of practice in order to eliminate this kind of predatory tactic.I married my cousin. Well the DVLA accept that as "reasonable cause".2

@Fruitcake. Thank you for your advice and continuing support. I will wait until I receive a letter from VCS themselves before proceeding with the other PCN. I am away for a few days, so hopefully this won't be long
