Recently switched to fuse from Scottish power switch all done in 5 days. Questions I had were answered quickly via Chat in the app, no long waits, used chat about 3 times over a couple of days all with a quick response. The cheaper standing charge helps as I have unusually 3 meters in the house hence 3 lots of standing charges.
You make it sound as if this was extraordinary: 5 day switching is now standard. The industry is moving towards one day switching. You still retain your 14 day cooling off period.
My past switches have taken up to 14 days due to me having multiple accounts/meters to the same household. New suppliers have not been able to track 2 of my meters. Fuse had no problem at all

I will be certainly be looking to switch to Fuse .So much cheaper, no exit charge. I can't understand why a lot of people aren't switching, makes so much sense to me.Any comments from Fuse users would be appreciated.

I suspect some that were adversely affected by the SOLR process might hold back waiting to see if they fail.

That may be the case, have to wait and see. Before I switched to them I looked up the company which seems to be part of a group which are also power generators.

Three meters on one supply? Or three separate supplies?
If three meters on one supply, I think you should only be charged one set of standing charges under the complex metering rules.

You can't switch to Fuse if you have an E7 meter, even if you're billed at single rate.

I had Economy 10 meter but had changed ro single rate and they took me on

    Did anyone join fuse?

£100 cheaper a year for us but that just over SVT not the plethora of fixed deals now in the market and TOU tariffs which can save you more if you are on the ball.
I switched mid December. It took just 5 days including a weekend. My previous supplier EON.Next was also good closing the account and refunding my balance.

Fuse told me they are holding their price at least until 1st April, so no problem with the new Price Cap introduced today. No exit charges, and increases still subject to the price cap anyway.

Real-time display of monthly bill to date, inc daily & monthly charts; bill paid in full by DD c 6th of the following month. That's ok.

    So far, excellent.
