You should not have paid. These cases are all easy to defend. Regardless of facts.
Your case would have been discontinued, or struck out by a Judge. No hearing. Nothing. You would have paid zero.
And now you will still be pursued unless you respond to DCB Ltd and prove the agreement you had with CP Plus to pay £60..PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

By paying the scammers, you are marked as a "mug" and they now have you on their radar as easy pickings. You only had to follow the advice as provided. By ignoring the advice, why do you think that more advice on the situation as it now stands is going to help you?0

yes - Haven't forwarded the receipt as it's a separate email but i've stated the date of payment... The receipt is a separate email.
