DCB legal

I don’t owe Excel parking any money. The parking was paid for, it was a typo of the car registration number. I am dyslexic and managed to put number wrong. I appealed three times and emailed DCB Legal. Being dyslexic affects most things I do, it’s a fact. I find the harassment I have received from DCB has amounted to bullying, and my disability has been ignored. They say I should have read the car park board, I can’t read well.0

I was hoping that would direct you towards this part of the second post of the NEWBIES thread...KeithP said:To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
I presume you followed the first link given there - to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but what exactly didn't you understand in the words following that?

I completed acknowledgement if service, I don’t think when reading the link it applied to my case, it seemed to go through all scenarios but mine wasn’t there. Time was knocking on and I git worried and had to do something.
all it says in the defence I submitted was “the” no other words. I have messed up big time is there anything I can do? Can you give the email address so I can possibly try to do the defenc3 in there.0 -

I am really sorry to be a pain. The links given above don’t work and it’s far too long for us to type in.
I simply cannot find in the newbies the email address I need to defend. Can someone help us, we are pensioners, we are not clued up on things. I am dyslexic my wife helps but she is ill. Understanding stuff is not easy for us. Can you give me the links that work please or the email address, treating me like a child and making me look through things is hard for me.
thank you0 -
Thank you. A neighbour has helped us find the email.0

As a pensioner, you should Google 'help with court fees' because you might qualify to amend your defence fee-free.
It cannot stay as 'the'.
You were never advised to type anything in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
