Hi,
You used to be able to Mark a category as "viewed". Where do we find that option now?

I've been searching for that as well but I can't find it either.0

And me, used to be on the silhouette drop-down.0

Oh, if you click on the three dots at the top right of the section header, you can choose "Mark Read". But when it's done, it goes back to a different place.
I used to do "Mark All Read", though, so it's a bit of a pain to have to do them individually.1 -
If I follow correctly, you can only do this from the level above the category you're viewing. For example I'm viewing "Savings & Investments" but there's no three dot icon at the top. I have to go up a level, which takes me to "Home" then I have to look for "Categories", scroll down to find Savings again, then finally the option is available.
A big fail I think. It's tempting to say the change is driven by form over function, but that's not quite fair because it's a backward step in appearance as well.2 -
Thanks. That sort of works but like you say, a bit of a pain.droopsnoot said:Oh, if you click on the three dots at the top right of the section header, you can choose "Mark Read". But when it's done, it goes back to a different place.

There doesn't seem to be three dots in the Techie forum

There are on mine. You have to be on the main menu bit - Hobbies and Leisure - and the 3 dots are against the Techie sub menu.J_B said:droopsnoot said:Oh, if you click on the three dots at the top right of the section header, you can choose "Mark Read". Ah! Another improvement!
I've never been on the hobbies & leisure page, and there's no link at the top of Techie for it .... Ho Hum

They really are taking the proverbial. To have to click on the ... for each forum individually to mark as read is ridiculous.
