  • Hello - similar situation here. Looking after my son who has MH details being pursued by DCB legal. Dropped a mate off at a hotel for 10 minutes and got a notice which he didn't act on. Spoken to the hotel but they can't cancel it as it's too late but they confirmed he would have been ok to park. DCB Legal Ltd been really difficult and have now raised court papers - have read through threads - my question is are they likely to back down ? and what's the risk if they don't

No risk. no CCJ, no costs. Dead easy.

Yes they'll discontinue at WS stage in 2024.

See the NEWBIES thread which gives your son the Template Defence to use.  Don't put it in your name. Has to be signed by the Defendant.

NO REPLIES HERE PLEASE. Not your thread.

@Nwranger, now that you have 'court papers', it would be best if you were to start your own thread.
To continue here will only lead to confusion.
When you start your new thread please tell us the Issue Date on the County Court Claim Form.
