This is important because there is now good reason to delay submissions in ongoing parking claim cases till close to/at your deadline.
Sorry if it might look conflicting with the usual advice "not to leave it till the last minute"! It's because we are now in July and something big is coming.
Things are changing quickly this Summer and as you are now so close to the DLUHC's Announcement I would hold off emailing it, wait and see (and of course diarise an alert for the date so you don't actually miss your deadline).
Your timing is perfect if the DLUHC in their Draft Impact Assessment (due in a couple of weeks) give us all some damning words to add!

I'm preparing my WS but unable to provide photos of site and signage (a) cos location is 120 miles away and (b) incident was in 2018, there may have been changes since then. Can I just rely on my argument that i didn't see the signage. If it was there, it wasn't prominent and plentiful for me to have seen it.
I will post a draft tomorrow.0 -
Have you tried Google Street View? You can view pictures from other dates.1

Thanks B789. I will try that.0

This is what everyone does. Change the date of image back to the year you need (not possible on a phone AFAIK).Cody_09 said:Thanks B789. I will try that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I struggled with the Google Street View but thank you all for the knowledge I've now gained. Still work in progress though. I was lucky to stumble on an image that was captured in the year that I was interested in.
I have prepared my draft WS. How can I post it here? I tried but it says 'File format is not allowed'. It is in .pdf format.
