A family member did that a few years ago, and the agent took the offer to other interested parties, but no-one wanted to better the offer. My family member found out (quite easily since it took days for the agent to try get a better offer), removed their initial offer and replaced it with a lower one, since the terms of the original offer had not been met.0 -

There's nothing to stop you offering more if you want to.
Perhaps the website form for making offers is disabled now, but if you find another way of communicating your offer to PurpleBricks, they are (usually) required by law to pass it on to the seller.

when we brought through these, its the seller that accepts the offerDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Realistically, no seller would consider an offer from somebody who hadn't viewed the property.

Out of interest, how many properties do you buy per month or per year? Do you offer/buy them all without viewing the property first?

Given you had a viewing booked, you must know the address of the property.
