Looks like the hearing will be in Bedford though - that's only half an hour from Luton.

Nothing has changed. All as expected.
WS due before the hearing & of course it's in the small claims track, that's what civil court is for smaller sums.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For anyone interested. I received the courts letter to encirage mediation which I ignored. Then I got a letter from them to pay the original pc amount which I also ignored. Just got this in the post
