It seems like that  :/ I will give another attempt to reach them out tomorrow. But my gut feeling says it’s probably won’t help, they will just say the case is now under Reading County Court control and they can’t do anything.

Yes, Keith. Correct. Does this mean they’ve cancelled the judgement order and transferring the case to Reading Court? The next step is expecting the letter to attend court, I shall prepare witness statement, correct? Thanks Keith.

Yes it does. Please could you post on this thread or send a pm to this poster? I think you can help them:

@Coupon-mad, I am not 100% sure if CCBC cancelled the judgement order or maybe something worse they have had to pass the case to County Court. I will ring them again tomorrow. No one answer my call around 3:30pm today. Once I heard back from them, I will get in touch with the poster in the thread that you linked.

If something worse than what I thought, I would refer to the complaint thread and send CCBC a complaint email and ask for compensation.

    Thank you!

@Coupon-mad Do you know how long usually would take to the next step such as expecting a court date in letter or few other letters from DCBL? The case has now transferred to READING since 31/01/2024 and I have not heard a thing.

    Thanks!

All courts are busy. Some are more busy than others.
I imagine Reading - being Home Counties and close to Heathrow - will be busier than most.

Could be months before you hear anything. Could even be next year before any hearing.

Does this means I have to supply the evidence statement for the hearing no later than 14days before the hearing? The hearing scheduled on 02 August 2024

    Thank you.
