Hi, I just came back from holiday and received a letter from CNBC in post saying I’ve failed to file the DQ with the CNBC by the specific date. Which I’ve filed it on 12th October in email to CCBC and cc to DCB legal and I also received the email acknowledgment from CCBC after the DQ submission.I immediately forwarded the DQ submission email to CCBC as a proof that I’ve submitted prior the specific date. Not sure what else I should do as the letter came in when I’m away and already past the 7 days from service of the order with CNBC.0

Did you get an auto-response both times?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Some new update: Since no reply from CCBC after 3 emails sent, I’ve called and spoke to an officer, she checked the system couldn’t find my DQ that I’ve sent in October. Then she requested me to send an email with screenshots (1xDQ , 1xauto response email from CCBC screenshot) and attention to manager. Hopefully will hear back from CCBC soon. Thanks.1

I’ve sent and called CCBC for follow up about the error letter they have sent me and saying they did not received the DQ. I’ve provided the proof and screenshots as requested. Today I received an email from them and saying my case has passed to Reading County Court. I’m baffled, not sure what to do now.0

Presumably, when completing your DQ, you asked for the case to be transferred to Reading?0

Yes, Keith. Correct. Does this mean they’ve cancelled the judgement order and transferring the case to Reading Court? The next step is expecting the letter to attend court, I shall prepare witness statement, correct? Thanks Keith.

I looks to me that they have simply swept all their mistakes and your complaints under the carpet and are continuing the process as if nothing untoward had happened.
You can either accept that or jump up and down insisting that they give you a full explanation of what went wrong.0
