Because I dont want to be sleeping on Barnsley Interchange for a Fortnight mate!!She is handling my sale as well ....I am not rocking the boat on the sale....she has had the details for ages
Why are you making sarcastic comments?

Especially when your comments are misguided.

I'll try asking the question again more simply - maybe you can give a sensible answer this time...

Why do you need to exchange contracts on your sale on 04/09/2023...complete on your sale 11/09/2023?

Why don't you exchange and complete later?

If the seller’s solicitor aren’t responding to your solicitors request for the management pack, then it’s very difficult.  It sounds to me your solicitor is doing exactly what you have paid them for, which is to protect your interests.

The low price and lack of management pack would be a massive red flag to me, I would be suspicious that there are major works in the pipeline.  The low price might be an attempt to distract you from the lack of the management pack.

    I'll try one last time...

Why does the house you're selling need to be vacated on those dates?

I would potentially put you on the bottom of the pile if you converse with your solicitor the way you speak about them here.

As far as I am aware it's your vendors solicitor that provides the maintenance pack not your solicitor. All they can do is badger them regularly or on your instruction ask them to provide it or you will pull out of the purchase.

Are you referring to my Solicitor who went on a long break from Thursday evening and isnt back till Tuedsay.Leaving me im all this doubt ??The likelihood is that their Solicitor is within 5 miles of mine. Why doesnt mine just visit that Solicitor and check out in the flesh what the hell is going on ??
