I realise that. But if a meter cannot be fitted after you requested one, they will put you on assessed. So at any stage, had you enquired about a meter, they would have changed you to assessed rather than RV. I never requested a meter, they were fitting them in the street and realised they couldn't fit one. I was not assessed and remained on rv...which I am questioning whether the rv is correct as the houses either side of me are substantially bigger.0
