almost seems ironic, i live chat to them yesterday and was told they have no info on the esaver and today its gone up. might just end up leaving it there now and see what happens in a weeks time with interest rates0

Being cynical - this is a withdrawn account, which will only benefit a modest number of people, but it doesn’t do Santander any harm when they are under pressure to increase savings rates.
I’ll take it, even if it is fractionally less than Chase.0 -
And an ever decreasing number as their accounts reach the anniversary date, like mine will in a few months.Nebulous2 said:Being cynical - this is a withdrawn account, which will only benefit a modest number of people, but it doesn’t do Santander any harm when they are under pressure to increase savings rates.
I’ll take it, even if it is fractionally less than Chase.'Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it; he who doesn’t, pays it' - Albert Einstein.1 -

Moved my money out of Santander already.
My mom getting her money moved has been stress but slowly getting there. Banks so careful with transactions but don't blame them.0
