Sort of, yes. But your case isn't being counted from service of a claim form. The 'minute' simply says "within 14 days".

Technically (arguably) it's late but as long as you get it emailed & acknowledged and copy in DCBLegal THEY CANNOT enter judgment.

None of the above matters, it is semantics.  Get it done at 9am!

    DO NOT EVEN TOUCH MCOL.

Your full name and your Claim Number are clearly visible on that image you have shown us.
Thank you, I have reported & requested it be removed (it’s my first time posting! apologies) it’s not actually my name anymore since I am now married (it has been 5.5yrs since the ticket after all!) 😄

You know you can put that right in the covering email?  Correct your data. Why not do the defence in your correct name & attach a copy of your marriage cert too, and instruct the CCBC and DCBLegal to correct the name?

A heads-up  -  as you will see from documents you have shown (and answers received from forum members) that there is no middle "e" in Judgment in this respect.

Thanks, I had no idea! How odd, well, everyday is a school day! 😁 I have sent the defence statement email & had immediate automatic reply from info@dcblegal but have not had acknowledgement from CCBC, should that be immediate?

I have now had an auto response acknowledgment so all good. Thank you all for help & pointers & I will update if/when I hear anything. In the meantime I will download the DQ & ignore DCBlegal if they send me one.

I have just been back on MCOL to delete any progress that had been saved on the defence function & noticed this new directive that the case has been ‘stayed’ (this only appeared after I deleted the progress of online defence)

Does this mean it’s halted/cancelled or just ‘paused’? Have I made any difference to this by now entering my defence?

Just look at the date of the parking event (02/03/18) and the dates the landowner contract was signed (30/09/18 and 01/10/18) - more than 6 months later. There was never a written contract in place for Spring to operate on the site at the time of the alleged contravention - a clear breach of the BPA Code of Practice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, I had noticed that & it made up part of my defence that it was null & void.

Don't know why it is stayed.  Why not ring the CCBC and ask, and point out that you've emailed your defence and new surname info.
