Help to Buy not answering phone

On the occasion I got a call back, it came masked through the 0300 number. I don't think they're using direct lines or emails, they're routing everything through the customer service ones.

Mine was meant to be Monday and now im paying £50 interest on my variable mortgage. Just had an email from them saying they need more information but no idea what information!!

Just to give people a glimmer of hope - I have been able to speak to someone today. Although I spent over 10 hours on hold last week and another 4 today.

@J@JackWilliam1234  did ever get the legal pack sent to your solicitor following the call? I got my redemption on Monday but still waiting on the legal pack and solicitors don’t want to send the legal undertaking letter to help to buy without it.

FYI we managed to get ours sorted in the final hour through sheer grit and determination.

A word of warning though, even if you pay off the loan, and the additional £1 monthly admin fee, they will still take the direct debit. So cancel your direct debit immediately.
