Help to Buy not answering phone

Did anyone get legal info sent to their solicitor after their redemption statement was sent through? If so, how long did it take? Still waiting and want to exchange but not sure we can without it

We did ours when Target was still in change end of may and it was sent to our solictor the same time it was sent to us. only took a few days.

Sent our Rics valuation, repayment paperwork and admin free to Target around 4 weeks ago. Not heard a thing since. 5 hours so far today on hold to add to yesterday, and the day before.
Solicitor refusing to discuss a completion date for the house move until Help to Buy have sent their paperwork to them.

I messaged on twitter and got a email of a nice person who issued the ATC. from email for ATC to getting it took 7 hours

Bit of progress on my side. I have received a response from my MP, they have now written to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities about this situation, and said they will come back to me as soon as they receive a response.

Just a thought, next person to get their issues sorted please take note of their direct line/email if there is any and maybe we can try get through that way?  Worth a shot!

No I am still waiting on hold all day, every day.

Nice idea, but I dont think they will provide such information. I managed to get a first name once, but he still said everything had to be emailed to their general address.
