Remember when you emailed your Defence?
Where did you get that email address from?
You need to re-read that same checklist.

Hello everyone - just wanted to give you the latest update on my case and make sure from all you experts out there that this is now finally all over with (thank goodness)  Got a court date for end of April but on 6th Jan DCB Legal called offering me "deals" starting with the total amount at £265 going down in increments to £100 all to which I said not a chance!!  10 days later received an e-mail with a discontinuance (phew!! so glad I stood my ground - actually I offered them £20 to go away LOL)  form is ref. N279 -  is this all over with now or should I get confirmation from the court?  sent an e-mail to the ccbc@justice.gov.uk where queries should be address to but got an automated reply stating the mailbox is now closed and my e-mail will not be actioned? do I need to do anything else and will I get any confirmation from the court local to me which the case had been moved to?  Any replies on this will be greatly appreciated as I just want it to be finally over and finished and I can get the last bit of weight lifted from my shoulders.  Thank you so much in advance - a grateful survivor of the penalty charge notice leaches :-(

Well done. Another one bites the dust.

There is nothing more for you to do. The CNBC stopped being involved once the claim was transferred to your local court.

WELL DONE. That's a win! Congrats!  It is over and there is nothing for you to do.
