Do I remember right that while Cynergy is annual interest, it shows you your current pending interest like Chip does?1

How long for payments in to appear? I funded mine on Saturday and have still to see the money appear. It has left my originating bank0

The data displayed on their online banking seems to be delayed by several hours at the moment. I opened the Issue 62 on Friday, and received an email saying it was open and ready to use. But the new account didn't show on the online banking until Saturday.
This morning, I closed Issue 61 and received an email confirming it had been closed. Yet it still appears to be open, and containing the full balance, on the online banking.0 -
Their system seems to be very slow this morning. They offer the highest rate EA currently and their market leading 1 year bonds from a year ago at a massive 2.272% are all maturing around now so they may be a tad overloaded.0

I noticed they have upped the interest again, 4.30% now.
I really must pay attention, when did they do that?0 -

So many weird things about them. Interest is not really annual as you get it when you close an account to switch to new issue, the bonus is not really for a year as it renews when you switch issue, the weird login system, the fact that withdrawals are instant but deposits can take 2 hours instead of the other way round. Definitely the weirdest unique bank out there.0

I was amused when I received my annual paper statement from them a few days ago. I guess I should really say statements, since it consisted of a separate statement for each issue, each posted separately. So 14 letters in total!
