Ooh good, the Claim is struck out!
Point 2 sort of gives them a lifeline (if they disagree, they could object) but they won't because there isn't any scope to do so. I'd be amazed if they try to reinstate it with an application, given that the generic POC lied about the POFA 2012.
Certainly you have no objection to this Order!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Calling @Le_Kirk to add this one to the judgments link.

Plus it would cost them £££ to make the application.

Yes, I have saved the judgment. I can only call it Smart as the OP has redacted the court city. If @mogora could let us know, we can keep the trail complete.

I have added the judgment to the Judgments link. It is on page 79.

I have not heard anything for over 2 weeks now. Can I assume the claim has been discontinued or struck out now?
How long should I hold onto all the previous correspondence or can I dispose of it now?

Personally, I would hold on to all correspondence and paperwork etc for at least 6 years from the incident date, at which point its statute barred

No. email the court to confirm it is struck out and to also put in for your costs, if any.

I will do, thanks. What costs can be claimed for ?
0 -
Costs for a litigant in person (you) are loss of a days pay or taking annual leave capped at £95.00 plus expenses such as set aside fees (if incurred) travel to court and car parking fees (ironically). You can try for time spent researching law etc, compiling your defence and witness statement plus printing costs but you normally have to show unreasonable conduct by the claimant.
